We built Projavo because keeping a project organized should be straightforward, accessible, and something your whole team can take part in.
Why we built it
We tried other project management tools and kept running into the same frustration: features that felt basic to everyday work were locked behind paid plans. Getting organized started to mean comparing subscriptions and figuring out which limitations we could work around.
We wanted a place to plan projects, move cards, share updates, and keep everyone on the same page. That became Projavo: boards, notes, and real-time collaboration in one place, with a free account to get started and no credit card required.
Our mission is to make useful project management accessible to the people doing the work. We build for the teams, creators, and communities who need a clear view of what comes next and a practical way to get there together.
