1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Projavo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organization owners, admins, members, and guests.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@projavo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam

4. Organizations and Data

Organization owners are responsible for managing their organization's members, roles, and data. All data within an organization is scoped to that organization and is not accessible by members of other organizations unless explicitly shared via public board links.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Projavo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including boards, cards, comments, and attachments.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
